The Primary Responsibilities of the Bench Marketing Recruiter will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Dedicated bench marketing specialist.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Works according to US time zones.
  • Sourcing tools and Job boards (Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Net-Temps, Ladders, Jobs Circle, Indeed, Google).
  • Coordinate for phone/Skype interviews with consultant.
  • Daily & weekly activity report to be submitted directly at the end of the day/ week.
  • Performance Review / Feedback call on weekly or Monthly basis with Relationship Manager.
